BUY ONLINE - HOW CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS THAT INTEREST ME?

Buying on www.lorenaantoniazzi.it is fast and immediate.
Simply click on the desired product to access the relevant product sheet and view all the relevant information on the article in detail. To add it to your cart, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button. You can decide whether to complete the purchase or whether to continue shopping by looking for other items.
After shopping, to proceed with the order, click on ‘Check out’. Remember that on the first page of the cart you can also change the quantity of the items you intend to buy or remove them.
If, on the other hand, you want to complete the purchase immediately, if you are a registered user, you can log in or register on the site if you have not already done so. You can complete the purchase even without registration. You will be asked to choose a shipping and billing address. The ‘promotional code’ is a discount coupon that is provided to you for special promotions. The conditions for obtaining this code will be communicated to you via a special newsletter on the occasion of particular events. If you have one, all you have to do is enter the code in the field found on the order conclusion page: the discount will be calculated and displayed automatically. We invite you to check that the discount has been applied before completing the purchase.
We also remind you that promotions and discounts in some cases cannot be combined or are not valid for some categories of products; check the conditions of the promotion on the communication received.

PURCHASE ONLINE - WHEN IS THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE COMPLETE?

After entering the data necessary for payment, you will be directed to the purchase confirmation page, containing the number and date of the order. A thank you message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase procedure has been completed correctly. Finally, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of the order you have sent and confirmation that it has been correctly received. If within 24 hours you have not received any communication, please write to our Customer Care

MY ORDER - HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A RETURN TO A PHYSICAL SALES POINT?

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

All returned items will be refunded as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen days from the date on which the shipment will be delivered to our warehouse. We remind you that it can take up to seven business days to complete the refund based on your bank’s processing time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

All returned items will be refunded on the payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, paypal, ..)
